Cant find archive / Also cant upgrade to VIP

Having a few strange issues! Tried to upgrade to VIP for my business but it says “VIP Support extension failed.
VIP Support can be extended only for one-time fee licenses. Please enter a one-time fee license activation key.” - Any ideas?

Also, more annoyingly, my mailbox is nearly full, when I check online the server says it’s got about 25gb (41,000 emails) in ARCHIVE, but there’s nothing showing on EmClient, the archive file I can see only has about 100 emails in it… Where is this mystery file lol?

The Archive can show in different places depending on the account type. Update what account is it eg: POP, IMAP, Exchange, Office 365 or iCloud and “who your mail server is with” and we might then be able to see where the default archive messages go in the account.

Also where are your current Archive 41,000 messages located “in your webmail online”. Are they directly under your account in an Archive folder or in a separate folder outside your account.
