Can't find account in send from list

I have 2 accounts with the same email address [email protected] but they are on 2 different servers. I have labeled them
[email protected] OLD
[email protected] NEW

Both accounts show in the Account List in the sidebar and both work. However, when I go to send a new email and use the pull down list to select the account I want to send from, the account [email protected] NEW is not in the list. [email protected] OLD is in the list.

[email protected] NEW is a new Godaddy Outlook/365 account. When I set it up I use the Outlook option to add it to em client. If I use the auto config it finds the old server.

Go to Menu > Accounts and click on the General tab for that account. Scroll down to Services and tick the AirSync option. Click on Save & Close.
