I used to be able to drag and drop emails from one folder to another but, I have not been able to do so since that last update. At least that is when I noticed it.
I use this ability and I know there are work around but, this is the easiest and fast way to do it.

I downloaded eM Client about a month ago and was able to do this. Suddenly, today, I can’t. I’ve closed and reopened the program. No change. I looked in the settings to see if anything had changed and I couldn’t find anything.
Mine is working but, I do not know how it was solved. It just started working again one day. Sorry, I wish I had more info.
It started working again. Same as your experience. No idea why.
