Can't download incoming messages from comcast.net account after upgrade

I upgraded to the new version of emClient on Windows 10 last week. Since the upgrade, I’m unable to download emails from the comcast server. I’ve checked the POP3 settings with Comcast, and I’m pointing to the right place. But still no emails go through. (Outbound emails on SMTP work fine.)

Can anyone point me to a solution?

Hi Steve,  This happened to me to but I was getting errors.  Does your Menu -> Tools -> Operations window show any errors?  Can you share them?

Hello Steve,
just like Allan suggests - if there are any errors, please copy them.
Alternatively, check your synchronization setting in Tools>Settings.
Are the messages downloaded when you use the Refresh button?
