Can't deactivate lisense because system failed...

I have the two computer license. One of my computers just had complete system failure and I cannot deactivate the license instance on it so I can reinstall EMclient on my new system… how can I resolve this?

When you activate the license on a new computer, it will automatically deactivate it on the old one so you will be able to use it without any problems.

But that’s not what happened - it told my I had already used up my two licenses :frowning:

Is this solved or was a new licence neccessary?

You can go to the eM Client licensing manager at

https://licensemanager.emclient.com/account/login?returnUrl=

Your login credentials should have been sent to you via email when you registered the account.  You should be able to deactivate the license there, allowing you to reactivate on a new computer.
