Cant create new folder from email

Hi,
When I right click on an email to move to folder, haven’t got the new folder option.

The create new folder option is in the Move to folder window after you click Move to folder.

When I get into Move to Folder, the New folder button is not activated to be able to do that.

Have sorted problem. I hadn’t highlighted ‘in box’ when clicked on move to folder.

Ok great you figured that out.

You can also create a parent root folder by “highlighting your email account” itself rather than the inbox and then create a new folder.

So all depends if you want folders or sub folders all attached to the Inbox or not.
