No new “reply” is created when I click to reply. There is a new tab created on the lower menu bar of Windows which won’t open so it’s basically useless. I have Win 10 and EMclient ver 10. Earlier versions worked well but it would appear this version is designed for business so it;s likely that I’ll be reverting back to an earlier version OR back to outlook if I can’t go back with EMclient. Why is no new “reply” window opening?
Thanks in advance.

V10 is designed for home and business user and the reply window is the same as older versions.

Can you do a screenshot example of where this tab is created when you click Reply. Blank out anything personal.
I know this doesn’t directly answer your question, but I use version 10 on Windows 10 and I have no trouble replying to emails. I can click the Reply button at the top of the screen, or right click on an email and choose Reply.
I mention this to reassure you that what you are experiencing is not expected behaviour and not how it is behaving for many other people.
Screen attached - note bottom menu bar indicates a “reply” is created however as stated it will not unpin from the bar or open (basically useless) I expect a new window message with return address as in earlier iterations. Thanks for the question.
After submitting this capture, EMClient locked up and refused to close (as if there was a task running which had to closed) but nothing appeared to be open and I had to force it and upon restart this message appeared for more than a few munites.
My next action will be to uninstall this proggy and reinstall. Not happy with the “Bugs from the get go” almost like this release is pre-pre-pre-mature and rushed out the door.
Ok that’s not normal for reply windows in eM Client.
Try right click on the tab and then try moving it up “with your arrow keys” and see if that will open.
Thanks Cyberzork - problem solved. I have two screens and Emclient was sending the window to the secondary screen which is rarely active because it is mainly used for streaming.
Thanks again to anyone who chimed in.
