Can't connect

Hi, for a while I had a message “IMAP Can’t verify server identity” and had to click “connect” to actually be able to receive my Email.  Yesterday I clicked “do not show again” thinkink eM client would remember de “connect” command.  Since, eM Client do not give me the warning and the option to connect, so impossible to get my email.  How can I have that warning back so I can tell  eM client to connect event if the server identity cannot be verify (which is another issue).

Hello, sorry to see this, what version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact release number in Help > About?

I believe this issue should not be caused by using the “do not show again option”, but maybe you’ve selected this and used another option than connect that may have disabled the access to your account.

If you’ve selected this option you should be able to view the “Connect” option again after an application restart.
