Can't connect to imap server

Hi. My local bee keeping association has changed email server and now I can’t download imap email. SMTP is fine. I have been told by a tech that it is because AWS server is changing ip address. Does this make sense to anyone? And why did it work before but not now? What has AWS, which I assume is Amazon, got to do with it.
BTW the new email company is Laser.com.
Any help would be much appreciated.

If your existing mail server is changing to a new server then “that might take eg: aprox 24-48 hours or so” before you can access it using the same mail server details as before.

Did they say you would need any new incoming mail server settings for your mail client ?

Also did they say how long it would be aprox till you could access your mail again ?

Laser.com domain seems to be some sort of electronics company and I carn’t see any mail server settings. Is there a different website to see their actual mail server settings ?
