Can't change Send Email Address

When I try to create a new email or reply to an email, I only get one choice as the Send from Email Account even if I am in the other account. (The dropdown doesn’t show the other email address)

I have tried changing the default email but I still don’t get a choice. Any ideas? Am I doing something wrong?

If this is with your Outlook account, go to Menu > Accounts and click on the General tab for that account. Scroll down to Services and tick the AirSync option. Click on Save & Close.
