cant archive e-mail

I have recently set up my inbox.com account on emclient. I received my e-mail for today. But I was hoping to download all of my earlier e-mails so I went setting mail and automatic archiving. When I got there I clicked on enable automatic archiving and clicked on perform archiving but I see no response. Is there any other way to perform the archiving.

As far as I know the archiving feature (from the toolbar) is only available/working for Gmail. As you already posted, the automatic archiving in settings should be triggered automatically, however, I’ve not seen it working the last two years since I’ve set it up while using emclient. OTH, I would not rely on this feature either since the development on this area has stalled, too.

the only problem here is that the Archiving scope is set to ‘None’.
You need to choose the folders/accounts on which you want to perform archiving.
