I cannot add contacts. I tried importing .csv file from my godaddy account, and it said the import was sucessful, but when I click on contacts in Em Client, there is nothing there. The option to choose folder is shaded out, and the option to add contact is shaded out. I did register the free license. Am I missing something here?
Hello, not quite sure what you’re referring to, can you make a screenshot of the shaded options? Please note that CSV import is not always able to detect your fields, thus it’s required to specify the CSV file columns and apply which columns will be representing desired field after Import, if you ignore this, eM Client may not be able to import any of your contacts.
