I’ve been using it for the trial perios and was happy with it but when I requested the free licence number and tried to activate the product it keeps telling me to install Silverlight no matter what browser I use but Silverlight is already installed and nothing I’ve tried will get me past this. Great product, shame I just can’t activate the bloody thing, onto Thunderbird I guess

you don’t need to access the licensing server to activate your license.
You need to take your Activation key and use it in Menu>Help>License section.
If you lost your key you can generate a reset message from our website: http://www.emclient.com/lost-activation-key
