Cannot Sync Email Account to eM Client

I cannot get my additional email account to sync with eM Client. I have called the web hosting company (bluehost) to make sure that all of the credentials I am entering for the email account are correct but I still cannot get the account to sync with eM Client. I constantly get an “Authentication Error” Code and cannot get it to work.

I have forced the creation of the account so I could modify other settings such as the authentication credentials, Port Numbers and SSL settings. Even with the modifications to the account settings it still is not working.

Any suggestions?

send us your IMAP logs - it will tell us more. Simply go to Tools - Settings - Advanced and enable IMAP logging under the problematic account. Then restart eM Client, simulate the issue and send us the logs using the same logging settings window. Thank you.
