Cannot sign into my account after reinstalling eM Client

I have reinstalled eM Client after having had a new hard drive installed in my laptop, and cannot sign into my account. I am being asked for a username and password which is being autofilled, although I don’t recall setting a password when I first installed eM Client. I am getting a message 'Server Says "Protocol Error: “Invalid Arguement”.

What type of mail server account are you trying to login to ?

My email service is provided by Virgin Media. As I read your response, it suddenly dawned on me that I should try inputting my Virgin Username and Password.
