Cannot set up Exchange account on Em free

I am trying to use em free with an exchange account. I have gone through the set up procedure several times but I keep getting the screen asking for the password. I enter this (I am sure the password is correct as it works on mobile phones and tablets) but it just keeps reappearing. Help please.

is there any error pop up accompanying this issue? Or is it just simple login window?
Could you please take a screenshot of it and then go to Tools > Operations and copy the content of the Log tab here (after you attempt to login again)?
