In the last 2 weeks my emails addressed to anyone with a gmail address does not get delivered - a ‘permanent error’ occurs. The same happens when I try to send to any g mail addresses via my webmail. All other e mails are fine. How do I sort this?
There may be more in error in the returned message you received to say why it failed, but if it is the same from eM Client and your webmail, it could be that Google is rejecting messages from your email provider. You could start by asking your provider for assistance.

I have done as you suggest and they have referred the issue to their tech team… Understandably it may be a bit slower than normal with the public holidays. Here’s hoping though!
