CANNOT SEND MAIL, "NEED AN ACCOUNT", ACCOUNT IS SETUP AND RECEIVING MAIL

Hi all, I am new to eM. Auto email setup worked and I received my emails. Loaded my contacts etc. When I pick new mail, the window opens, but I cannot send because I do not have an account. When I click REFRESH I do not get any errors. Just can’t send email.
Please help.

OK, I got my problem resolved. I had a “certificate” / “authentication” issue concerning my email provider. I imported the certificate and all is well.
