Cannot send from eM Client (my Gmail account)

Hi, I can’t send email with my Gmail (using eM Client) but I can receive email with eM Client.
Everything was percfect a couples of hours ago, but now it’s not possible. Can you help me?

If you haven’t changed any eM Client settings, apart from any possible current Google SMTP server sending issues atm (which is rare), could be an eg: Outgoing mail port possible blocked on your computer or maybe blocked on your modem / router, or maybe just an OS glitch.

So if you haven’t already tried, power off your modem / router and computer and wait say 30secs, and then turn all back on and try sending again. Could just need a complete reboot.

Apart from that, if your running any eg: optionally installed Firewall / Security programs or optionally installed Antivirus programs or VPNs, try completely disabling those to test.

Lastly if still the same, go to “Menu / Accounts” and click on your Gmail account / SMTP tab and update in this thread what the “Server Address Port and Security policy” is.

Also click the drop-down arrow on the right of Refresh top left and click Show Operations. Then click the Log tab and look for any obvious errors.
