Cannot send emails,they are stacked in outbox
Welcome @martincook to the eM Client forums. I am going to guess here that you are V8. One of the solutions I have seen for this issue is turning off your Anti-Virus for eM Client and it will work. But with the limited information provided this is only a guess.

New laptop acer aspire 5 running on 10, and built in norton with no anti virus that i can see activated, yes v 8 without the ask, also it updated my old knackered l/top, also no sub files(not many) or contacts passed over (exported/imported?) sorry not IT literate, My server? is Virgin, would this be down to them? Help if you can! thanks in anticipation, Martin
