I have two email accounts, one sky yahoo and one gmail, since last Sunday I am unable to receive any emails on the sky account. I can send but not receive. Yesterday I deleted and re installed the software and then I did receive mail, however, having just logged on today I am unable to receive mail again. I am on windows 10 but have not had any issues previously with sky and having no issues with the gmail account any help would be appreciated.
