Cannot delete some mail in mobile version

Yesterday I noticed that I cannot delete some emails in the mobile version. These emails are or were in the gmail account, because they no longer appear in the gmail web application, because I deleted them. But they are still there in the mobile em Client and cannot be deleted.

If the messages won’t delete from the mobile app and are no longer showing in your Gmail account online, then there is two options.

1). Repair the Gmail account by "holding your finger on “All Mail” folder for a second or so, and then press “Properties” at the bottom. Then press the “Repair” option at the bottom.

That will clear the local mobile app cache and resync your online All Mail folder to the app.

2). The other alternative if that still doesn’t work is to remove and readd the Gmail account via either the QR Export option from eM Client for desktop, or if you don’t use eM Client for desktop, just re-add the Gmail account via Menu / Settings.

Note: Either option will clear the local message cache in eM Client mobile app, so the messages will be slower to reread till fully cached again.

Thank you for your reply first of all. Unfortunately, the problem was solved with the first method, clicking on the Repair form failed to delete the problematic email.

However, the second method was successful, I deleted the gmail account and reconnected, then the problematic email no longer appeared.
