Cannot change my signature

Hello all,
Problem: I like to change my signature in the following way:
Menü → Einstellungen → E-Mail → Vorlagen und Signaturen
When I click on the button “Signaturen” nothing happened, but the screen has frozen. I just realized, that a (third) window try to open, but it doesn´t.

Then I change to the Taskmanager, finishing emClient. When I open the Task Manager under “Prozesse” → Apps, there are three emClient Apps open, I assume the third one concerns to window (Siganturen), that did not open, as described above (=the one I can change my signature dates)
I do not have any ideas how I can solve the problem - install emClient again or uprade?
I ´ve not splitt screen software installed, but I am working with two Monitors (Laptop and an external one)

A window has opened but it is on another monitor or desktop. Unfortunately modal windows and dialogues don’t show on the taskbar or in the task switcher (Alt + Tab), so you can’t find them that way.

If it is not on one of your other monitors or desktops, or if you only have one, you can close eM Client and change your display resolution to a lower setting. Then open eM Client and edit the signature. The dialogue will appear on the visible screen this time. You can then close eM Client, return your display resolution back to what it was and start eM Client again. That dialogue will appear back on your screen the next time you edit the signature.
