I want to add a new Gmail and Outlook account and I cannot get either to auto Authenticate via the browser setups. I make sure I’m logged into the browser for each account, but I keep getting the following popup:
Communication with the previous instance failed. The other instance has to be ended in order to start the application.
Then the trying to log in or authenticate please be patient message just hangs for hours and nothing happens. If I cancel it, I get a Failure to AutoO message.
Very frustrating!
My original Gmail account still works. I was using Outlook original for the past 6 months because emClient’s new email message options was seriously lacking. I use Numbering and indent structures a lot in my emails and emClient sucks with that.
