Cannot access recurrence rule of occurrence

I keep gettign the message “Uploading files to a folder [my Gmail folder on emClient] failed with an error. Cannot access recurrence rule of occurrence”. Anyone know why I keep getting this?

George, I used the Send logs to send you the info to support email and the email on the reply. Let me know if you don’t get them.
