Cannot access older email content

Good day,

For about a week now whenever I go to access older email I cannot see what is attached or what is written in the email. I see other topics on this but no resolution.

If you view the messages using the web interface for your email provider, can you see the message content and attachments?

Who is the email provider?

I have reloaded today to check and now every email has been deleted between November 22nd, 2020 and November 11th, 2019. The older emails are viewable now but I lost a whole years worth, I really need to review emails from customers.

I will try on web interface but need password from my company, will get later.

I logged in through Outlook and was able to see all emails!

You can remove the email account from eM Client, then add it again. That will reload all the messages from the server.

If you have any further issues, please make use of your VIP Support option and open a support ticket directly with eM Client.
