Outlook Office 365 Exchange Outlook error

Hi. Starting about 4 days ago I began receiving this error pop-up message for my Outlook Exchange account in emcllient "Please enter your username and password for … Server says " " [emc] Nothing has changed on either side (emclient or outlook). When I log in to my Office 365 account, it indicates log-in failures I’ve gone into EM email account and re-entered my credentials but the pop ups keep happening every few minutes.
