Switched from Windows Live to emclient and now I can’t send but do receive. I was on the phone with Shaw for an hour and it solved nothing. Please help.

It seems that there is a problem with your SMTP settings. If you Imported your account from WLM, it might be set incorrectly. If your account is set as IMAP, I’d recommend deleting the account and reconfiguring it in Menu > Tools > Accounts.

Thank you but that didn’t work
Often this is a anti-virus or firewall issue. Try turning them off (one at a time) and see if sending works. If it does, you will have to configure to allow eM Client.
