I just changed servers at Hostgator and now my emails are not coming through. I updated all the settings to the new host name, changed ports, changed passwords, nothing. I’ve been trying to get this to work for 4 days. I’ve reached out to sales because I don’t remember my support password. They haven’t responded and the email with the key code is being sent to the email I can’t retrieve. HELP me please!!!
You should be able to read the email through your webmail interface, and get the password reset link that way.
Have you tried removing and re-adding the account in eM Client?
