Can send, but not able to receive

I have been able to send and receive email with eM Client up until about 10 days ago.

I can still send messages, but I am not able to download the messages from the server. I can access my email on the account using the web-based client. I am using Windows 10 (updated) and the latest version of eM Client.

I have run diagnostics on both IMAP and SMTP. and both come back OK.

I’ve got a red triangle with “Connection Failed” popping up when I hover over the icon.

Has anyone got any ideas as to what the problem is?
