can receive but cannot send?

error message states problem with authentication
yet diagnostics say its fine

I had the same problem,  I had to delete the account and just re-add it and everything started to work again.

Hello Philip, I’m not quite sure what exactly you’re referring to, can you please make a screenshot of the error message and submit it to us here on the forum? What version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact release number in Help > About?
