Can only receive 500 emails

My eM Client can only receive 500 emails from my 27K emails on the servers, no matter how I try.

Hi Alxie,

Try looking within the Accounts settings. You will find there are different sync options, such as syncing messages only in the last day, last week, last month, etc. or syncing all messages from all time. It might be your setup is currently only syncing the latest messages.
