Can not send emails

I downloaded the trial version yesterday as I am interested in buying the product. But I cant send any emails (and I have several email accounts I have set up in the client and none of them send). Id love to buy the pro version but need to know its going to actually send emails. Ive gone through and made sure all SMTP and POP3 settings are correct. I did the diagnostics and POP3 came back ok and SMTP came back as “Fix” so I click fix and it says its fixed but still no sending. Any help?

Hello Nicole, sorry to see this, what version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact release number in Help > About? What mail service are you using with eM Client? Are you seeing any errors when trying to synchronise the account? Can you please make a screenshot of the error and submit it to us here on the forum?
