Can not retrieve email that has been sent to spam

I am expecting an important email and it arrived today, but it is in spam and i can not retrieve it…em client version 6.0.23421.0

its not on the blacklist, blocked email address, i added the email address to contacts to show that i want to retrieve the email…i’ve tried logging into webmail online but there is too many options to choose from and can’t find the right one

If you can see the email in an on-line mail app then why would it be anything to do with emclient?
Why not try your mail providers support?

I recieved an email saying this

Your folder Spam contains one new message.
 
Messages in this folder will be deleted after 28 days.

What i tried doing is going to webmail online to view the email but i can not do this either

That message is from your email provider.
You need to contact them to resolve this problem. you should still be able to read the email from the webpage.

Sometimes you have to mark the email as not spam after which it may be moved to the inbox.

Malcolm above me is correct, this is not an eM Client issue. This message was marked as spam by your server and you need to contact your email provider to get your message.

how do i contact my email provider when i created the email

eM Client is a Cliet. Not a mail provider.
What mail address came the message about the SPAM message from? Which wembail interface did you use to check your email?

how do i mark mail as NOT spam when it is marked spam?..thx
