had support staff on line & installed remote client TWICE, and now can not get rid of it. XP pro
The remote desktop client is not related to eM Client, it is a function of Windows XP. It was either enabled as a Windows component, or installed as a patch. It is a long time since I used XP, so the memory is a bit fuzzy. You can find out how to do it for sure through a Google search.
Also, please be aware that eM Client is no longer supported on Windows XP, as the security protocols do not allow you to activate the license. You will be able to use it for the 30 trial period, or to export or backup your data, and that is all.
