Can not find my email

I have purchased two licenses of emClient. One I have installed on a laptop with windows 8, and this works fine. The license was purchased in 2015. The other one is installed on a Surface with windows 10 - and I can not find my email. (The license is purchased in july 2017)

I’m not sure what you mean by “I cannot find my email”.  Can you be a little more specific and maybe include screenshots?

Can find some email by visiting contacts. But the email menu on the left is missing

Ah, no problem.  Right-click on any of the tabs on the left side of the program and check the “Mail” selection.  Now you should see your mail.
