I’ve been using the free version for about a year now and I’d like to upgrade to lifetime pro. Is the upgrade seamless? Will I lose my current emails when I get a new license in the upgrade process?

There is nothing that needs to be installed; the upgrade is simply deactivating the Free license and activating the Pro license.
Some features not available in the Free version will be unlocked, but all your settings, preferences and data will be unchanged.
