Can i make auto refresh for emails for example:
Every 10 minutes it refreshes and checks for emails?

If you are using POP3 or Exchange, you can change the setting in Menu > Tools > Settings > General > Synchronization. This will sync messages, events, contacts and tasks on the interval you specify.

If you are using IMAP, the server will send you the message as soon as it arrives, so this setting does not apply to messages, but still applies to the rest.

Contacts, events and tasks will sync the item immediately to the server if you edit it.
