free account, 2 emails and 1 calendar allowed?

I managed to do that on a free license. I had 2 GMail POP3 accounts setup, as well as a Google calendar. All I can suggest is give it a try. If you end up with disabled accounts because of a violation, just remove the calendar and you will be good to go again.
