can i create an automatic reply to incoming emails, eg: out of office reply

Hi Glen, unfortunately eM Client does not support out of office replies as the application is considered to remain offline while you’re out of the office. Out of office is a server side feature, you should be able to setup the autoresponder in your webmail settings when logging to the mail using your mail server vendor’s web application.

Thankyou Paul,  it certainly answers my question,   can you give me any hints as to how to set up the autoresponder in the webmail.

Hi again Glen, unfortunately each webmail application is completely different, thus navigating you to the correct setting would be a bit hard, but you should find it somewhere along your account settings, where you can also setup aliases, or IMAP access.

Or if you’re having trouble navigating to the option, check with your webmail/mail server support, they should be able to help you find the option.
