Can anyone connect to I am stuck!

Cannot connect to in Windows 10? I have tried in Outlook 2010 and in eM without success. Has anyone figured this out?

I’m having the same problem & I have tried everything as far as troubleshooting …

I found a tool on Microsoft site that told me all the updates I needed for Outlook. (“Offcat”) After applying the patches and rebooting I was able to use the settings on the Comcast website for Outlook and it worked. Em client however, remains inoperative. It looks like a program I would use but it needs to work.

is there any error message that appears when you try to synchronize the account to the server? Or can you not set the account up at all?
