Calendar to task?

How can I move a calendar item to a task?

I have a local calendar I called Reminders, that are monthly repeating tasks, like “Pay the Payroll taxes, File 941, Put out Recycling etc etc.”

When the reminder pops up, I would like to add this to my task list, instead for just hitting snooze.
I can’t seem to drag them over, and I can’t find anything in the event window.

Any ideas or suggestions?

Hello Barbara, Tasks and Calendar items include different set of information and can’t be thus transferred between calendar and tasks files, this is unfortunately not possible using the current eM Client options.

You’d have to create a new task manually in the sidebar or by switching to the calendar view.

I would do them as recurring tasks instead, but that does not seem to work well either.
