Hello Ivan, unfortunately I’m not quite sure what is this referring to, can you please be a little more specific with the issue description?
When does this issue occur? Does this occur while synchronising an Exchange account? What version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact release number in Help > About?
