Calendar invitation are not sent

Thanks Gary, the issues here are however:

  1. Up until a few years ago, people still built businesses where they thought humans should help one another as part of the process (‘customer service’ I believe they used to call it). When the ‘other side’ of this whole equation is APPLE, one of the largest companies in the world, the onus is clearly and obviously on eMclient to ensure their clients are having the advertised experience of a ‘seamless integration with icloud’. This should be as plain as the nose on one’s face imho. Clearly Apple aren’t going to help me, so eMclient’s answer to me is simply “we don’t care”. You could offer to screen share and take a look.

  2. I’ve trouble-shot this every which way from Wednesday, but there are only a handful of settings I can play with across your software application and my icloud account. Clearly the fact that it works on some of my machines (on an earlier version of your software) and not on others, is about the best feedback I can provide.

  3. If the problem was Apple, many other users would be experiencing this issue. I dare say, given the last remaining fix for me to try is to completely uninstall and re-build eMclient, that this might actually work. If it did, it would I think (correct me if I’m wrong) ultimately just prove the issue was within eMclient. In which case, guiding me through such a process might actually provide valuable feedback for your team. Rather eMclient just wants me to ‘struggle on’ without support, even as a paying customer, while there are yet a number of things we could try no doubt. Have you tried to replicate the issue? If it’s an Apple problem, then no doubt you will experience the same problem. I’m sure someone in the team has an icloud account to experiment on. If you can’t replicate the issue, then we are all agreed it’s not an Apple problem right, so we should logically stop mentioning that. The next logical question then is ‘what else could be the problem’? This is clearly what we are trying to get at.
