If I unintentionally clear a calendar cache is there a way to retrieve scheduled events?
How did you clear the cache?
If you are synced with an online calendar it should update. If the events have been removed from the online calendar, it may be possible (like with Google Calendar) to restore them through the web interface of that calendar.
The other option is to restore from your most recent backup.
