It would be nice to have a calendar-agenda in the sidepanel,
maybe something like this:
Maybe the Agenda-View in the calendar also could get this blocking in days and the color of the calendar.

It is already internally implemented and the enhanced agenda (with upcoming events, birthdays and custom folder selection) will be available with the next major version of 3.5.

My version says it’s 9.0 but I can see only some tasks agenda, but i would really need to have a calendar agenda in the right panel
The right side-bar can display Contact details related to the email you are viewing, an Agenda, Invitations to events, a Chat, or daily Calendar.
You can switch between the views by clicking on the icons at the bottom of the side-bar.
If the Agenda is not displaying your events, click on the settings cog, and make sure you have selected the correct calendar folders and time period to display.

oh wow, i’ve totally missed this 
i was clicking on the settings cog in calendar tab, but i didn’t tried it in Agenda
