CalDav Zoho Calendar Subfolder synchonization failed due to the following error: Not implemented

Hi

I have installed eM Client as I am looking to move away from Thunderbird. I love the product, however I am getting an error syncing my Zoho calendar using CalDav. This is a deal breaker for me as it is my primary work calendar, so I am desperately hoping you can help me fix this as I’d love to make the switch to a full license of eM Client and stop using Thunderbird.

So I am following the instructions to sync a Zoho calendar using CalDav that are listed here https://www.zoho.com/calendar/help/user-guide/synchronize.html

When I complete these steps, eM Client throws the following exception:

[CalDav / CardDav] Subfolder synchronization for folder “[email protected]” failed due to the following error: Not Implemented

I am running eM Client on Windows 10

The relevant log entry that shows this failure is below:

8:46:36 AM [email protected] [CalDAV / CardDAV]  MailClient.Storage.Application.OperationException: Subfolder synchronization for folder “[email protected]” failed due to the following error: Not Implemented

Can you please help fix this issue>

Two updates were added since your post. You can find them here: http://www.emclient.com/release-history. Can you update to the latest version and see if the problem persists.

If it doesn’t, try removing the CalDAV and re-adding it.
