CalDav not creating account in tree

Hi,
I have one CalDav/CardDav Account working. I need to add a second one, but it doesn’t show up. I am trying to sync with my Zoho CRM. There is no folder or account created in the tree and I cant select a folder in the settings. I am still on trial and need to k now if this works before i buy…

Generally, if the CalDAV/CardDAV url is incorrect, no folder will show up.
