CalDAV account stops working again and again

Setting up a CalDAV account to our synology NAS works fine. After a some
days the connection stops working with the following messages:

I can only recover the error by deleting the account and creating it again. Then it will working again for some days.

It doesn ́t help to close and open the em Client.

While em Client is expiriencing this error, other connections from Mozilla Lightning (on the same machine) and from and iphone work fine.

I would appreciate your help, as this is a test to roll out em Client in our company and it looks fine, except this stability problem.

can you just tell me what version of eM Client are you currently running? Check the exact version number in Help>About section please.

I am running the version 6.0.24928.0.

I guess that the client has a problem with specific calendar enties when triying to write to the server.

Hi,
it’s hard to tell what the problem could be just from the short part of the log.
Go to Tools>Settings>Advanced and set up CalDAV logging for this account.
Restart eM Client.
When this issue pops up again, go to advanced settings, click send logs and change the recipient to [email protected] with a link to this forum topic in the body so I can get back to you.
