I was trying to connect and synchronize my ***/SOGo/dav/calender/personal/, but the eM Client is showing three Errors.
xxyy-Calender: an Error ist oocured
[CalDAV / CardDav] There is an error by synchronisation of the calender xxxxxx Todo-List: xxyy-Calender (Forbidden)
This error is also occured for Contacts and collective Contacts (DE: Gesammelte Adressen) as well.
It seems the intended calender is working and i am not sure what should i do with these errors. Should i ignore them by choosing “Ignore” or …?
Is it possible to choose, sync and show one specific Calender from this caldav Calender Account, whi may have multiple calenders. I looked at the xxyy-calender Account / CalDAV/CardDAV , but could not remove the unwanted Default Folders like Contacts, Tasks etc. I think after that, i am hoping, those errors may not bother me again.
Update: It seems the calender entries are not synching fully. There are ca. 4 to 6 different daily calender entries, and just very few of them were synched. I waited for around 1 hour, but the rest of them aren’t there yet. Should i assume that this has something to to with above mentioned Problem?
By the way, i am using a valid business license.

Forbidden error for CalDAV and CardDAV could mean those folders on the server are eg: read only. Or you could possible have the wrong urls or wrong folders specified in the client account setup.
So id suggest as you have a Business eM Client license, go to the VIP support page and login and lodge a support ticket and link this thread.

Could just be taking longer to synchronise depending on how many items you have.
Click the dropdown on the right of Refresh and click “Show Operations” and see if anything is showing still synching in there and if any errors in there.

We have submitted a support request and waiting for an answer.
It is wierd that (1) if we add that same SoGo Calender to another eM Client, it only synchronizes around 360 Calender entries (by other try was it around 250 entries). (2) If that same Calender is shared with other work collegues, with a URL like https://xxxx.yyyy.de/xxx/SoGo/dav/username/calender/personal/ and added to their eM Client with the colleque’s own credentials, the calender elements are synchronizing flawlessly.
(3) The owner can use this calender on Thunderbird, Outlook via CalDavSynchronizer and it is even synchronizing on eM Client Android App.
I am hopeful that these extra information may help to identify the cause of this problem. Thanks!
Are you all using the same eM Client versions ?and same OS versions? Or are they different.
